The organization disclaims all responsibility for the potential loss of items.<\/p>\n<h3>5K AWARDS<\/h3>\n<p><strong>The awards for the Ospedaletti Run will be presented starting around 16:00 for the overall winners.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The top three overall male and female finishers will be awarded.<\/p>\n<p>There are no category awards.<\/p>\n<h3>NON-PARTICIPATION<\/h3>\n<p>Registration is personal and non-transferable to another athlete and is non-refundable in case of non-participation for any reason.<\/p>\n<h3>AFFILIATED HOTELS<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sanremomarathon.it\/en\/book-partner-hotels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Affiliated hotels<\/a> can be booked directly on the official event website.<\/p>\n<h3 align=\"LEFT\">PARTICIPANT PHOTOGRAPHS<\/h3>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">There will be a photography service covering the race.<\/p>\n<h3>FINAL REMARKS<\/h3>\n<p>The Organization reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time for reasons it deems appropriate for better race organization.<\/p>\n<p>Any changes to services, locations, and times will be appropriately communicated to registered athletes or posted on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/sanremomarathon.it\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.sanremomarathon.it<\/a>. Additionally, essential race information will be provided by the organization along with the bib.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By registering for the Ospedaletti Run 5K, the athlete authorizes the organization to process their personal data for the purpose of managing the registration and related services (such as the official photography service), including timing, rankings, as well as periodic communication of information related to the event, the hosting territory, and other similar events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Image Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By registering for the Ospedaletti Run 5K, the athlete expressly authorizes the Organization, along with sponsors and media partners, to acquire the right to use still or moving images on which they may appear, on all media, including promotional and\/or advertising materials, worldwide and for the maximum time allowed by current laws, regulations, and treaties, including any extensions that may be made to the specified
